Kiss981th is more than just a gaming platform — it's a community. We are built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering the best possible gaming experience to every player in Malaysia.
Kiss981th started with one simple question: why can't Malaysian players enjoy a world-class casino experience from the comfort of their own home? In 2018, a group of individuals who shared a passion for technology and digital entertainment came together to answer that question. The result is the platform known today as kiss981th — a name that has become familiar to hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia.
The journey of kiss981th was never a straight path. In the early days, our team of fewer than 20 people worked tirelessly to build a solid technical infrastructure, deliver a seamless user experience, and forge partnerships with internationally recognised game providers. Every obstacle we faced only made the platform stronger and more resilient.
Today, kiss981th has more than 500,000 registered members and operates fully 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team has grown to over 200 people working across various departments — from technology development and customer support to financial management and game quality assurance. This growth did not happen overnight; it is the result of consistent effort and the trust built with our players every single day.
What makes us proudest isn't the numbers — it's the messages from loyal players expressing their gratitude for a fun gaming experience, fast withdrawals, and support that's always there when needed. That's what fuels the kiss981th team's drive to keep innovating and improving.

Every decision made by the kiss981th team — from interface design to payment policy — is grounded in four core values that have never wavered since the very first day this platform was built.
These values are not marketing slogans. They are the real operational standards that guide every action and decision at every level of the kiss981th organisation, from senior leadership down to the customer support staff answering your questions at 3 in the morning.
Kiss981th believes players deserve to know how their platform operates. Each game's RTP is openly displayed, bonus terms are stated clearly without confusing fine print, and our withdrawal policy has no hidden conditions that catch you off guard. What you read is what you get.
From day one, kiss981th has invested heavily in cybersecurity. Not because it was required, but because we know players entrust their money and personal information to us. That trust is a responsibility we take seriously every single day.
The technology landscape evolves rapidly and the kiss981th development team always keeps pace. From interface improvements based on player feedback and new game additions every month, to the integration of the latest payment methods — innovation at kiss981th is not just a buzzword, it is how we operate.
Kiss981th provides comprehensive self-control tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and temporary self-exclusion options. This isn't merely regulatory compliance. We believe players who game responsibly will have a better and more enjoyable long-term experience.
Behind the platform you use every day is a dedicated team working hard to ensure your experience is always at its best. Here are some of them.
Building and maintaining the platform infrastructure that processes millions of transactions daily with 99.9% uptime.
Evaluating, selecting and integrating new games. Every game that enters the platform goes through rigorous quality and fairness testing.
Available 24 hours a day in Bahasa Malaysia, ensuring every player query and issue is resolved promptly and courteously.
Processing all deposits and withdrawals quickly and securely. Responsible for ensuring your funds are always safe and accessible at any time.
In a fast-moving industry like online gaming, standing still means falling behind. kiss981th is never satisfied with yesterday's achievements. Our vision is to become the number one online gaming platform of choice for Malaysian players — not just in terms of member count, but in the quality of experience delivered to every user.
One thing that sets kiss981th apart from many other platforms is how we listen to our players. Every month, our product team analyses thousands of pieces of player feedback — from app store reviews, customer support tickets, user testing sessions, and community discussions. That feedback is translated into real improvements you can see and feel with every platform update.
Among the most impactful improvements driven directly by player feedback include faster Live Casino stream loading on 4G connections, the addition of local e-wallet payment methods, a larger and more readable bingo room interface on small screens, and a clearer win notification system. Each of these came from listening to players, not internal assumptions.
Kiss981th recognises that we operate in a sensitive industry. As such, we take social responsibility seriously. Our responsible gaming programme is not just a checkbox on a compliance list — it is a system genuinely designed to protect players who may struggle with self-control. Deposit limit tools, play-time notifications, and self-exclusion options can be activated within minutes directly from your account.
Beyond that, kiss981th is committed to ensuring our platform remains inaccessible to anyone under the age of 18. A strict age verification process is enforced at registration, and any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual will be blocked immediately without prejudice. This is not just a legal requirement — it is simply the right thing to do.
Ask any long-time kiss981th player why they stay loyal, and you'll get almost the same answer: because it works. Deposits go in easily, withdrawals come out quickly, games don't freeze at critical moments, and when something goes wrong, customer support is genuinely there and genuinely helpful. Simple — but that's what matters most.
At kiss981th, we never take player loyalty for granted. Every day is an opportunity to prove that the trust players place in us is well-founded. That is the spirit that will continue to drive kiss981th forward — not just as a gaming platform, but as a trusted companion in your digital entertainment journey.
